OVERVIEW | DRIFTER began as an original concept developed by SOMWARE before being acquired by the client. From brand and interiors to operations and launch, the project was developed as a complete hospitality concept from the outset.DRIFTER is a restaurant concept conceived by SOMWARE.PROJECTS and delivered from inception to launch. Following its acquisition, SOMWARE led the implementation, overseeing the brand, interior design, operations, food and beverage strategy and program, the project delivery through to opening.
